To participate in this program, clients must bring their pet in for grooming every 4 weeks or less. Maintaining this schedule helps prevent matting, excessive shedding, and skin issues while keeping your pet comfortable and looking their best.

• Pets must be scheduled every 4 weeks or sooner to remain in the program.

• If the appointment exceeds the 4-week time frame, program discounts may no longer apply.

• Missed appointments without rescheduling may result in removal from the program.
